Jan’s Hot Chicken Salad

What You Need

2 cups diced chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated onion
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water chestnuts
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
l teaspoon curry
l cup crushed potato chips

Here's How

Combine all ingredients in an oblong Pyrex dish or 3 quart casserole with potato chips on top. Bake uncovered at 450 till bubbling hot.
