Mexican Rice

What You Need

1 cup rice
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups boiling water
1 medium tomato, chopped
Small portion of green pepper (if available)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt

Here's How

Brown rice lightly in small amount of butter. Add all ingredients to boiling water. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
