Couscous de la Casa

What You Need

1 cup couscous
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Here's How

In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth and thyme. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous; remove from heat, and cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Makes 4 servings.
