Carrots with Minced Onion

What You Need

4 medium carrots, peeled and cut diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon celery salt

Here's How

Combine salt and water in large heavy saucepan. Add the carrots and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 3 minutes. Drain well.

Add butter, minced onion and celery salt. Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Makes 4 servings.
