Cilantro and Lime Butter

What You Need

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt to taste

Here's How

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter. Mix in cilantro, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Add salt to taste. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
