One Pan Curly-Roni

What You Need

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups water
2 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon sweet basil
1 8 ounce package curly noodles (uncooked)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Here's How

In 4 quart saucepan, brown ground beef until almost done. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender but not brown. Stir in water, tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and return to a boil. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, until Curly-Roni is tender (about 10 minutes.) Remove cover and stir in Parmesan cheese until thickened. Serve. Makes 6 servings.
