Grilled Loin Chops with Rosemary and Garlic
3 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Rosemary, chopped
Crushed Garlic, to taste
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and use for basting. If desired, serve lamb chops with extra sauce for dipping. Recipe covers up to 8 lamb chops.
Preheat grill or BBQ on high. Cook chops about 2 minutes, until just starting to brown, before basting with sauce. Continue cooking lamb chops for another 3-5 minutes each side, basting occasionally.
