Tilapia with Spicy Tomato Sauce
Here’s a dish that is easy and special. Artichokes and tilapia bake with spicy pasta sauce and then is sprinkled with feta just before serving. You can have this ready in about 45 minutes from start to finish.
What You Need
1 can (14 ounce) quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained, rinsed
4 tilapia fillets
1 1/2 cups (from 24 ounce can) Hunt's® Zesty & Spicy Pasta Sauce
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease an 11 x 7-inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
Crumble the artichokes in the bottom of the dish. Spread to make an even layer. Place fillets on top of artichokes. Pour sauce over fish and then cover dish with aluminum foil.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with feta just before serving. Makes 4 servings.
