Salmon with Honey Teriyaki Glaze
4 6-ounce salmon fillets
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Juice of 1 orange or 1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
Into a small sauce pan, add the teriyaki sauce, honey, crushed red pepper, and orange juice. Bring to boil, and cook for one minute. Add the orange zest and the cornstarch mixture and cook for 30 seconds.
Spoon the sauce over grilled salmon filets and serve with rice and baby vegetables. Makes 4 servings.
