Fruit Pizza

What You Need

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt

Here's How

Mix butter, sugar and egg together. Blend in next 4 ingredients. Press into 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 banana, sliced (lemon juiced)
Sliced peaches, strawberries, kiwi
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup sugar

Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons of reserved juice together. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit in attractive manner. Cook remaining juices with the corn starch and 1/4 cup sugar until thick. Drizzle over the fruit.
