Fruit Cobbler

What You Need

1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 to 3 1/2 cups fruit, your choice

Here's How

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

Sweeten to taste 3 to 3 1/2 cups of fruit. Place fruit in a saucepan over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Remove fruit to an 8 x 8-inch, or similar, pyrex dish.Pour cobbler batter over boiling fruit. Add butter on top and bake about 30 minutes or until batter is delicately browned
