Carrot Cake

What You Need

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup raisins

Here's How

Preheat oven to 350 °.

Mix the first 6 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the wet ingredients above and mix well. Fold in the carrots, walnuts, pineapple, coconut, and raisins.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x2-inch pan and bake about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the frosting, use one container of the cream cheese frosting (any brand) and one brick softened cream cheese. Mix the two until smooth then frost cake.
