Bread Pudding

What You Need

6 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
Stale French bread or sliced bread, cubed
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 can water
1/2 cup raisins

Here's How

Beat eggs well, add sugar, and mix well. Add evaporated milk and water. Add cubed bread, raisins, and vanilla. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Place dish in pan of hot water and bake at 400 degrees for 1 – 1 1/2 hours or until brown and knife inserted into middle comes out clean.
