Blueberry Delight

What You Need

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (8-ounce) paclages cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup water
1 (9-ounce) carton frozen whipped topping

Here's How

Mix together first 3 ingredients; press into large baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Mix together powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and vanilla; spread on cooled crust.

Bring to a boil, 2 cups of the blueberries, sugar and 1/4 cup water. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Mix corn starch and 1/4 cup water, add to blueberries and cook until thick (will be very thick), stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add the other 2 cups of blueberries raw and cool.  Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. When ready to serve top with  whipped topping. Enjoy!
