Moroccan Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Tasty grilled skewered chicken marinated in a Moroccan style spice blend with a base of paprika, added spice with the cayenne, and a hint of the exotic added by the cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric.

What You Need

4 boneless-skinless chicken breqasts, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice (half a lemon)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin, toasted and ground
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Here’s How

Place chicken pieces in a glass dish or resealable plastic bag.

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Pour mixture over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to overnight.

Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side. Makes 4 servings.

Note: You can cut down the amount of chicken for fewer servings but I recommend using the full amount of marinade.
