Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts

What You Need

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon paprika
8 thin lemon slices
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Here's How

Preheat oven to 375°.

Line a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in dish. Sprinkle with paprika and place 2 lemon slices on each breast. Bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine honey, mustard, onion, lemon juice, and curry powder. Mix well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir.

After chicken has baked for 30 minutes, drain juices from pan. Spoon honey mustard sauce over chicken. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until done. Makes 4 servings.
