What You Need
Large, burrito size, flour tortillas
Approximately 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken per 2 tortillas
Chunky salsa, drained
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Green onions, thinly sliced
Heat large heavy frying pan over medium heat. On a dinner plate, place 1 tortilla; sprinkle surface with chicken, salsa, onions, and cheese. Top with second tortilla. Slide all into hot frying pan. Heat until bottom starts to get crisp and cheese starts to melt. Turn over with large spatula. Continue heating on second side until slightly crisp and cheese is melted. Remove to plate and cut into wedges with pizza cutter or sharp knife. Continue the same with rest of ingredients. Vary according to taste.
