Aunt Cleora's Bubble Loaf
This irecipe is so delicious and easy that you will never make cinnamon rolls again. Don't even think of substituting for the butter in this recipe. Just deal with the fat and calories and make up for it another day if you must!
What You Need
1 package frozen Parker House Rolls dough
1/2 cup chopped pecans (I use a few more!)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 package (3.5 ounce) cook and serve butterscotch pudding (Do not use instant!)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter, plus more for greasing pan
Grease a bundt pan well with butter. Sprinke chopped pecans in bottom. Arrange frozen rolls in pan. Use the entire package of 24 rolls.
Mix together pudding, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over rolls in pan. Cut 6 tablespoons butter in small pieces over top of frozen dough. Cover with wax paper and let set over night to allow the dough to thaw and rise. The next morning, bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn upside down onto a plate so syrup will run into rolls.
