Oven Porcupines

What You Need

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Here's How

Combine first 7 ingredients with 1/2 cup water in bowl. Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place in 8 inch square baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients with 1 cup water in bowl. Pour over meatballs. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
